Beauty in The Message
Beauty in the Message— is our signature marketing campaign dedicated to transforming the beauty industry by increasing representation, uplifting positive imagery, and supporting more Black-led and women of color beauty founders. We amplify diverse voices, challenge harmful norms, and create campaigns that celebrate the full spectrum of beauty among women of color.
Through clear, intentional messaging, we dismantle stereotypes, call out the marketing of toxic products to communities of color, and work to redefine industry standards. Our mission is to shift the narrative and create a more just, inclusive, and empowering space for all women.
